FUN AFTERNOON
(February 07, 2010)A great turn out, with many parents turning up and having a go on the matt, along with new boys and girls attending.
A great deal of fun was had by all, from having a go at the Kata to punching the bags with the moves that had been learnt.
A good time was had by all over the 2 hours.
Hope to see you training in the future.
Possibe a few aching legs on monday.
